Situated at the foot of the beautiful South Downs in the West Sussex village of Patching, 'Selden Farm' is a lovely flint and brick farmhouse.

Selden Farm is the ideal B&B for anyone wishing to stay in the Worthing to Arundel area. We are a private residential Farmhouse with outbuildings which was formerly a dairy farm, nestling in a quiet country lane. It has some 60 acres of farmland which is mainly dairy cattle with some forest, all in an area of outstanding natural beauty

Overlooking farmland, this small and friendly Bed and Breakfast has six rooms, all with showers / WC ensuite. They are all easily accessible and on the ground floor.

Tricia and Val have owned Selden Farm for 2 years and have enjoyed the tranquillity of the area whilst being so close to all major amenities.

Close to the main A27 coast road but far enough away for privacy and peace & quiet but within 4 miles of the sea and beaches.

Located on the edge of Angmering Park Forest with it's myriad of great trails and footpaths. We are ideal for exploring the South Downs whether by horse, Mountain Bike or simply by foot.

Historic Arundel is our neighbour, with Glorious Goodwood not too far, together with Worthing & Chichester.
